Connect

We schedule a call or exchange via email so that we can learn about your travel style and your expectations for the trip.

Plan

Based on what we learn from you, we will do our research and submit a proposal for your consideration. When your accommodation and flights are confirmed we can assist organizing other details of your trip such as transfers, tours, and dining.

Confirmation

When all the components of your trip have been reserved we will send you a complete itinerary and can schedule a second call to fo through the details of the trip.

In and post-travel assistance

During your trip we will check in with you and our partners to ensure things are going as planned. If last minute changes are required, we will be there to assist you. After your return we will follow up with our clients in order to receive feedback and stories they want to share.

FEES
SCHEDULE

A quote for trip planning will be provided after an initial consultation. Fees are non-refundable and are for planning time only. Payment of fees does not guarantee availability or confirmation. It should be noted that by enlisting our services all of the travel components quoted will be booked by us. Hotel reservations are free of charge.

Air ticketing fees

Domestic: $50 per ticket
International: $100 per ticket
Change fee: $25 per ticket

Itinerary planning

Tailor-made itinerary starting at $300 per trip for up to 4 people:
